A deposit of $200 is required to secure your requested date and time. The deposit will come off your final total the day of the event.

PARTY ROOMS:

We have 2 Party Rooms! Depended on the day of the week, time and size of your party is how it is determined which room you will be in. If you have a preferred room, be sure to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate, but a specific room can not be guaranteed until 14 days prior your event and we have your final head count.

EVENT CANCELATIONS:

More than 21 days prior to your event date: deposit will be refunded in the form of gift certificate. 20-8 days prior to your event date: deposit is non-refundable. 7 days or less prior to your event date: deposit is non-refundable, and you will be charged 50% of the contracted food cost amount. Final guaranteed menu & headcounts are due 14 days prior of your event. If attendance falls below the guaranteed number, you will be charged for the guaranteed number given. Parties of 35 guests or more will be private. Under 35 guests the room may not be exclusive and may be open to other diners. In this case, no outside entertainment will be permitted. Final payment is due on the day of your event. Payment by cash or credit card is accepted. We offer a 5% discount for cash payment. We respectfully ask that guests leave at the contract party end time. All gifts and decorations are to be removed at this time. An additional $75 will be added to the final bill for each increment of 30 minutes that the room remains occupied after the contracted party end time. Depending on other bookings extra time may not be available.

DECORATIONS:

We are happy to use any decorations that you have. Please let us know at least a week before your event exactly what you will be bringing (including any alcohol) so that we plan for proper set up of your room. All

decorations must be fully assembled when dropped off. Decorations and any alcohol you are bringing must be dropped off in a bag or box clearly labeled with your last name, party date and time, along with any specific instructions you may have, no later than 3pm on Friday of the week of your event and we will take care of everything for you. Please limit anything to be hung on the walls to 1 or 2 items. We do not allow piñatas, glitter or confetti. You will have access to the party room 15 minutes prior to your event start time. If you have hired an outside vendor to set up decorations, balloon arches etc... you must make sure they contact us to arrange set up times.

We also partner with several local companies for entertainment. We can book face painters, balloon artists, caricature artists, magicians, princesses and characters for you. (reserved for private parties only)

CAKES and OTHER DESSERTS:

We partner with a custom baker for all cake and other baked confection requests. If you would like us to take care of this for you, you just need to send pictures, flavors and sizing and we will send it out for pricing.

You are welcome to bring in a cake from another baker; however, a $2 per person outside dessert fee will be added to your bill.

No other outside food or beverage is permitted.
